Carrièrepoort is preferred partner for Danone for outplacement support. If an employee will become redundant and is eligible for outplacement, Carrièrepoort offers the knowlegde of the Dutch labor market and offers effective tools to professionally find a new position.

You can register employees in order to either request for an obligation-free introduction with one of our senior career coaches, or you can register them for an immediate start of an outplacement trajectory. Simply fill out the registration form below and mention in the ‘situation description’ field what is applicable: ‘obligation-free introduction’ or ‘start up outplacement’. In case of starting up an outplacement trajectory, please make sure you also arrange a PO-number. The candidates can choose to types of trajectories:

1. Full trajectory of 12 months, with a price of € 5.000,- ex VAT

2. Fast track trajectory of 6 months, with a price of € 3.000,- ex VAT

In the ‘situation description’ field of the registration form you can specify with either ‘full trajectory’ or ‘fast track’.

Registration criteria

The following employees can be registered for an outplacement program at Carrièrepoort:

  • Dutch employees who are searching for a new position in the Netherlands.
  • Expats who live/work in the Netherlands and want to find a new position in the Netherlands (support in Dutch or English).
  • Dutch employees abroad who are searching for a new job in the Netherlands.

Registration procedure

When an employee has become redundant and has signed a VSO, follow the steps below to register this person for an outplacement process:

  • Describe the  employee’s situation and his/her request for help during the outplacement process (for example; reorientation to the labor market, support for entrepreneurship).
  • Request a PO number for the employee.
  • Use the form below to register an employee for an outplacement program at Carrièrepoort. One of our senior coaches will then contact the employee concerned to schedule an intake interview.

At the bottom of this page you will find an overview of the senior coaches who supervise the outplacement processes. If you have a preference for a particular coach for the outplacement candidate, you can mention this in the registration form. However, we cannot guarantee that this coach will also be linked to the candidate.
